Coyote Cross Country Chosen Second/Third in Preseason Poll
Naperville, Ill. – The Great West Conference cross country coaches have selected the University of South Dakota to finish second on the women’s side and third on the men’s side at the 2010 GWC Championships, the league announced Wednesday. Both preseason polls are identical to the 2009 championship finishes.

Vermillion, S.D. - The University of South Dakota harriers conclude their 2009 campaign at the Great West Conference Championships on Saturday morning at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, N.Y. The event, hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technology, will commence with the men’s 8k at 8:45 a.m., while the women will follow with a 6k at 9:45 a.m.
