USD Volleyball Team to Face UT-Pan American in First Match at Great West Championship
VERMILLION, S.D. -- The University of South Dakota volleyball team will open play at the Great West Conference Championship Friday when it faces Texas-Pan American in the opening round at 10 a.m. in Houston, Texas. The winner of that match will face top seed and regular-season champion North Dakota at 5 p.m. Friday.The Coyotes and UTPA will meet for a third time this season. UTPA swept USD in the first meeting in September in Vermillion, but the Coyotes avenged that loss with a sweep of the Broncs in Edinburg, Texas, in October.
