2009-10:
Earned three All-Great West honors...won the 800 meters at the GWC Indoor Championships in 1:55...also a member of the second-place 4x400-meter relay squad at the event...claimed second at the GWC Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters with a season-best 1:51...also qualified for the 2010 U.S. Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Drake.

Prep:
A standout middle distance runner for Coach Everett Gebhart at Washington High School...as a senior ran the ninth-best 800-meter time in state history at 1:54.59...anchored the 4X400 to a state record at 3:19.37 in 2009...anchored the 4X800 to a second all time in state history at 7:52.20 in 2009...won the 2009 Nebraska Mid-America Indoor Winter Track and Field Classic in a time of 1:58.18...named 2009 Dan Lennon Invitational Class A most Valuable performer... 2009 South Dakota Class AA State Track Meet... member of the first place 4x800-meter relay and second place finishes in the 4x400-meter relay, 800 and 400 meters...his performance helped Washington to a second place finish...as a junior placed seventh in the 800 meters at the state track meet...also member of the third place 4x400-meter and fourth place 4x800-meter relays...held school records in the 800 meters, 4x800-meter and 4x400-meter relays...posted personal bests of 48.7 in the 400 meters, 1:54.4 in the 800 meters and 4:40 in the 1,600 meters...also a two-year starter on the football team.
