2009-10:
Posted a season-best of 15:55 in the 5,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/11)...notched a season-best 9:11 in the 3,000 meters at the John Dalton Meet (2/6).

Prior to USD:
Competed in cross country at the University of Sioux Falls in the fall of 2007. Redshirted cross country for USD in the fall of 2009 and recorded a personal-best time of 26:53 for 8,000 meters.

Prep:
Competed in cross country and track and field for Coach Kevin Kroger at Harrisburg High School...placed 10th at the 2006 state cross country meet with a time of 16:42 for 5,000 meters...placed second at the conference meet in 16:41 the same year...also qualified for the 2006 state track meet in the 1,600-meter run...qualified for the state cross country meet three years...named the team's MVP once.
