2009-10:
Placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at the GWC Outdoor Championships...also earned eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the event...notched season-best of 1:04.94 in the 400-meter hurdles and 14.98 in the 100-meter hurdles...placed sixth in the 60-meter hurdles at the GWC Indoor Championships with a season-best 9.42...earned GWC Academic All-Conference honors for outdoor track.

2008-09:
Earned two All-Great West honors during the outdoor season...won the 100-meter hurdles after running a personal-best 14.80 in the prelims...part of the 4x100-meter relay that finished third at the event...placed sixth in the 400-meter hurdles...redshirted the indoor season...claimed Great West All-Academic honors for outdoor track.

2007-08:
Placed fourth (14.94) in the 100-meter hurdles at the North Central Conference Outdoor Championships...earned eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the event...notched a sixth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the indoor championships...also a member of the USD basketball team.

Prep:
Named MVP for Lyman High School in 2005, 2006...won the Class A 100-meter hurdles title in 2006 and finished third in 2007...also placed fifth in the long jump and eighth in the 300-meter hurdles in 2006...four-time place winner at the state track meet in the 100-meter hurdles...was seventh in the 300-meter hurdles in 2005 and fifth in the long jump in 2006...owned personal bests of 15.2 in the 100-meter hurdles, 47.10 in the 300-meter hurdles, 16-7 1/2 in the long jump...served as class vice president for four years and was Student Council Vice President three times...National Honor Society member...named to the A honor roll all four years...Girls State participant...received W.O. Farber Center for Governor's Leadership Excellence Award in 2005...also participated in basketball and volleyball.
