2009-10:
Competed indoors before suffering an injury during the outdoor season...posted a season-best 4:30 in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/19)...ran a season-best 9:07 in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/11).

2008-09:
Placed fourth (9:54.67) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Great West Outdoor Championships with a season best time...also placed 11th in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:55...posted season-best time of 4:08.08 in the 1,500-meter run at the Nebraska Invitational.

Prep:
Four-time varsity letter winner in track and cross country...Edward Jones Athlete of the Month...recorded times of 4:26 for the mile and 16:33 for the 5,000 meters...USATF National Cross Country Qualifier.
