    2009-10:
    Earned two All-Great West honors... finished second in the long jump at the GWC Outdoor Championships with a season-best leap of 18-2 1/4...finished second in the triple jump at the event with a season-best mark of 38-2 1/4...also finished sixth in the high jump at the event...earned GWC Academic All-Conference honors for outdoor track.

    2008-09:
    Earned six All-Great West honors...dominated the jumping events at the Great West Indoor Conference Championships by winning three individual titles...placed first in the long jump (18-6 1/2), high jump (5-5) and triple jump (37-3 3/4)...repeated as conference champ in the triple jump (38-4) at the Great West Outdoor Championships...placed second in the high jump (5-6 1/2) and long jump (18-11 1/4)...also placed fourth in the 100-meter dash...named Great West Conference Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week once and Indoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week once during the season...claimed Great West All-Academic honors for outdoor track.

    2007-08:
    Named USTFCCCA Academic All-American...won the triple jump (38’04.25) and finished second in both the high jump (5’03.25) and long jump (17’10.25) at the NCC Championship outdoor meet...named NCC Field Athlete of the Week...at the USD Open/Qualifier Hegge had a 38-0 3/4 in winning the triple jump as she met the provisional qualifying mark for the NCAA Division II nationals...she also won the long jump at 17’08.25...finished fourth (18'02.50) in the long jump and eighth (37'02.50) in the triple jump at the Ward Haylett Invitational in Manhattan, Kan.

    Prep:
    Led Crofton High to three Class C-1 girls’ basketball titles and the last three Class C girls state track championships...named the 2006 Lincoln Journal Star Girls Prep Athlete of the Year and she also was named the Omaha World-Herald’s Nebraska High School Girls Athlete of the Year in June 2006...selected first-team all-state performer.three years in Class C1..named to the second-team Super-State squad in Nebraska as a junior...averaged 16.3 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and three steals in leading Crofton to a 24-0 season in 2005-06...hit 56 percent of her shots from the field and 78 percent from the foul line...averaged 14.1 points, 8.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists as a senior.won state Class C titles in the long jump (18-1 1/4) triple jump (37-3 3/4) and high jump with an all-class best of 5’9...has a personal best of 39’2 ¾ in the triple jump and was an All-Northeast Conference middle blocker in volleyball.

    Daughter of Bob and Helene Hegge of Crofton, Iowa...majoring in math education....born on Sept. 11, 1988.
