2009-10: Earned eight All-Great West honors...won the 400 and 800 meters at the GWC Indoor Championships...also a member of the distance medley relay that won and the 4x400-meter relay that placed second...won the 800 meters at the GWC Outdoor Championships...placed second in the 400 meters with a season-best 55.69 and in the 1,500 meters with a season-best 4:32...also a member of the 4x400-meter relay that placed third...set the school record for the indoor 800 meters with a 2:06.83 at the ISU Classic (2/13)...set the school record for the outdoor 800 meters with a 2:07.26 at the Drake Relays (4/23)...also a member of the USD squad that set the school record in the indoor distance medley relay...qualified for the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 800 meters....named GWC Athlete of the Week five times during the season...named GWC Student-Athlete of the Month for April....earned GWC Academic All-Conference honors for indoor and outdoor track.
2008-09: Claimed four titles at the Great West Indoor Conference Championships to help lead the Coyotes to a team title...finished first in the 400 meters (56.68) and the 800 meters (2:17.40)...also part of the winning distance medley relay (11:55.33) and the winning 4x400-meter relay (3:53.34)...time in the distance medley was also a DakotaDome record...named Great West indoor track and field athlete of the week once during the season...redshirted the outdoor season...claimed Great West All-Academic honors for indoor track.
2007-08: Won national championships in both the indoor and outdoor 800-meter run...won outdoor North Central Conference championships in 800, 4x100 and 4x400...member of 4x100 and 4x400 All-American squads...member of team that captured ninth place at the 2007 NCAA DII Cross Country Championships... claimed 82nd place (22:36.4) at nationals... finished 22nd (22:17, 6K) at the North Central Regional Cross Country Championships as USD was fourth as a team...was ninth at the NCC Cross Country Championships (22.44, 6K), helping Coyotes to third-place team finish...captured the individual title (11:42.82) at the Tim Young Invitational Cross Country Meet...earned Academic All-America honors from the USTFCCCA.
Prep: Three-time state Class B cross country champion who won sprint titles at the state track and field meet for Gayville Volin High...owns the sixth-best 100-meter dash time in state history at 11.90 (2007)...also ranks 10th all-time in South Dakota with a 56.80 in 2007.. named the Class B Outstanding Athlete after winning three individual events (400, 800, 1,600 meter run) and anchoring the winning medley relay (4:23.69) for Gayville-Volin High...one of the few student-athletes in state history to win the 400-800-1600m triple at a state meet...finished first in the 400m with 58.11 clocking, won the 800m in 2:20l76 and the 1,600m run in 5:21.14...ran with her sister Morgan on the winning medley relay...her performance helped Gayville-Volin to fourth-place team finish...had a standout junior season by capturing the SD Class B 400-meter dash in 57.41 and pulled off the rare double in the 800 meters with a title in 2:21.35...finished took third in the 200 meter dash in 26.22 and led Gayville-Volin to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the 2006 state meet...three-time Class B cross country champion, including 2006 with a time of 15:56.77...also won the 2004 Class B cross country title in 17:09.79 and the 2005 crown in 16:03.80...coached by Jason Selchert and Jason Wagner...graduated first in her class at Gayville-Volin High.
