2009-10:
Did not compete during the season.

2008-09:
Finished fourth in the weight throw (50-3 1/2) at the Great West Indoor Conference Championships...also placed sixth in the shot put (40-9 1/2)...redshirted outdoor season...claimed Great West All-Academic honors for indoor track.

2007-08:
Named USTFCCCA Academic All-American...just missed All-American honors after taking ninth place with a throw of 45-10 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Nationals...won both the discus and shot put at the NCC Outdoor Championship with a toss of 143-1 in the discus and season-best throw of 48-4 in the shot put...both were provisional marks for the NCAA Division II outdoor nationals...captured the women's shot put title (46-6 3/4), finished fourth (134-0) in the discus and third (158-8) in the hammer at the USD Open/Qualifier...had three top-10 finishes in the women's throwing events as was sixth in the discus (140'02), ninth (147'08) in the hammer throw and 10th (40'09.75) in the shot put at the Ward Haylett Invitational.

2006-07:
Placed third in the discus (136-08), fourth in the shot put (43-8), fourth, fifth in hammer throw (148-1) at NCC Outdoor Championships... placed in all three throwing events at the league meet...won the Sioux City Relays shot put title with a toss of 49-3 (NCAA DII provisional mark), which broke the USD school record (Christ Johnson, 46-11 1/2)...throw was the third-best in the country to that point in the season...placed in the top-four in both the shot put and hammer throw (Bellevue Breeze Club) at the 41st USATF National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships...was third in the USATF’s Junior Olympics shot put (43-2 1/2), fourth in the hammer throw (150-4), and 12th in the discus (121-2)...member of the Coyote women's basketball team.

Prep:
Led Bellevue East HS to the Nebraska Class A State Championship...in the championship game scored 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds en route to being named to the Class A All-Tournament team...named first team Class A All-State as a senior...selected first team All-Metro in Omaha, Neb...averaged 12.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.2 steals per game as a senior...a multi-sport star, won the shotput title at the Dan Lennon Meet...won the 2006 Gold Medal in the discus at the Nebraska High School Class A Track and Field Meet...won two consecutive Nebraska Class A discus titles with a throw of 138'10 in 2006 and a toss of 145'05 in 2005...also finished second two straight years in the shot put with a throw of 44'06.5 in 2006 and a throw of 45'05.5 in 2005...personal-best of 49'05 as a senior at Bellevue East.
