2009-10:
Competed in several meets during the outdoor season...posted a season-best 5:14 in the 1,500 meters at the Sioux City Relays (4/16)...notched a season-best 2:32 in the 800 meters at the Howard Wood Relays (4/30).

2008-09:
Placed sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Great West Outdoor Championships...posted a season best time of 5:16 in the mile run.

2007-08:
Redshirted indoor and outdoor track, but competed in several open events...ran a time of 5:21 in the 1500 meter event at the USD Open…placed 14th at the Nebraska Open in the 1500 with a time of 5:23.

2006-07:
Selected NCC Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week after being the top DII finisher (19:16.6, 5K course) at the Iowa State Open...was second at the Don Baker Memorial Cross Country Meet (18:56.59)...member of the USD team that competed at NCC Championships...finished 136th (27:30.2) at the North Central Region Meet in Wayne, Neb.

Prep:
All state and all conference selection in cross country...coached by Matt Norton...also participated in swimming at Thompson Valley High.
