2009-10:
Earned two All-Great West honors...member of the USD 4x400-meter relay that finished second at the GWC Indoor Championships...also ran on the distance medley relay that finished fourth...earned ninth in the 400 meters at the event...member of the USD 4x400-meter relay that finished second at the GWC Outdoor Championships in 3:17...also placed seventh in the 400 meters with a season-best 49.69.

2008-09:
Earned one All-Great West honor...member of conference champion 4x400-meter relay squad at the Great West Indoor Conference Championships...also member of distance medley relay that placed fourth...placed fourth in the 400-meter dash...placed fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Great West Outdoor Championships...placed ninth in the 200-meter dash with a season-best 22.54...posted a season-best 48.94 in the 400 meters.

2007-08:
Placed 11th at the NCC Conference outdoor track meet in the 200 meters...also placed seventh at the outdoor conference meet in the 400 meters...won the 400 at the USD open track meet...placed fifth at the NCC Indoor track meet in the 500-meter run.

Prep:
Finished 10th individually at SD Class B meet in points...only member of Estelline High at meet...was first in the 400-meter dash (49.93), second in both the 100 meters (11.62) and 200 meters (23.14) at the 2006 state meet...finished fifth in the 400-meter dash (52.45) and eighth in the long jump (19-2) at the 2005 SD State Class B Meet...ran for coach Chad Rohde...owned school records in the 100-meter dash (10.8), 200-meter dash (22.33) and 400-meter dash (49.93)...named team MVP in track, football and basketball...earned all-conference in basketball and football.
