2009-10:
Finished eighth in the 10,000 meters at the GWC Outdoor Championships with a season-best 39:52...also ran the 5,000 meters at the event...notched a season-best of 18:58 in the 5,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/11)...posted a season-best 10:54 in the 3,000 meters at the Wisconsin Elite Invite (1/29)...earned GWC Academic All-Conference honors for indoor track.

2008-09:
Earned two All-Great West honors...finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run (10:26) at the Great West Indoor Conference Championships...also placed fifth in the 5,000 meters and seventh in the one mile run...earned runner-up honors (37:33) in the 10,000 meters at the Great West Outdoor Championships...also finished 3rd in the 5,000 meters at the event with a time of 17:43...posted a season-best 4:54.1 in the 1,500 meters...claimed Great West All-Academic honors for indoor and outdoor track.

2007-08:
Earned All-American honors and helped lead Coyotes to ninth place finish at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships...finished 26th (21:30.9) at nationals...claimed 18th place (22:11) at the North Central Regional in which USD was fourth as a team...was 13th (22:54) and helped Coyotes to third-place finish at the NCC Cross Country Meet.

2006-07:
Finished a career-best second at the NCC Meet with a 6K time of 22:19.41...was fifth (19:38.18) at the Don Baker Memorial Meet.

2005-06:
Was 16th (23:00) at NCC Cross Country Championships, helping USD earn fourth consecutive title...38th (23:16) at North Central Regional Meet...was 92nd (23:58) at NCAA DII Cross Country National Meet as USD was eighth.

Prep:
Finished fifth in 3200m and seventh in 1600m at 2005 South Dakota Class AA State Track Meet...2003 runner-up in 1600m...held school records in 1600m (5:09.7) and 3200m(11:11.1)...earned All-State and Academic All-State honors in cross country...coached by Mike Schultz and Matt Kiesow...member of National Honor Society.
