ORLANDO, Fla. - South Dakota, which was limited to just a single from freshman Kaja Martinson (Burnsville, Minn.), dropped a 3-0 decision to Truman State on Wednesday afternoon. Despite taking the loss, sophomore Janice Alswager (Columbus, Neb.) had another strong pitching performance. She had a strikeout, and allowed just two hits in seven innings with all three runs unearned. She is now 2-1 on the season.
