The University of South Dakota men's golf team finished 11th at the Erv Kaiser Invitational held at The Meadows golf course in Fargo, N.D., Sept. 15-17.
Medalist Kris Kroesch of the University of North Dakota led his team to the team title. The Fighting Sioux had a three-round total of 909. Steve Sedler of Jamestown was second.
The five-person team from USD shot a total of 968 (328-325-315). The Coyotes were led by Adam Chandler with a three-round total of 228 (75-81-72). Other individual totals for USD included Jesse Talcott, 238 (82-80-76); Derrick Brown, 253 (88-81-84); Kyle Kelly, 254 (83-83-88); and Bill Cook, 263 (92-88-83).
