Vermillion, S.D. – The University of South Dakota’s Tyler Cain has signed a contract to play for VEF Riga of the Baltic Basketball League in Latvia. Cain leaves tomorrow to join the squad.

Vermillion, S.D. – The University of South Dakota’s Ricardo Andreotti Bodra has been chosen to be a member of the Brazilian basketball team at the 2010 Pan American University Championships. The inaugural six-team event will be played in Salvador, Brazil, from August 9-14.

Coyote Men Announce 2010-11 Basketball Schedule
Vermillion, S.D. – The University of South Dakota men’s basketball team begins its Great West Conference title defense with a solid non-conference slate and 14 home games during the 2010-11 schedule, which was announced by head coach Dave Boots today. Coyote Men Ink Two Juco Transfers
Vermillion, S.D. – South Dakota head coach Dave Boots announced on Wednesday, April 14, that two recruits have signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Coyote men’s basketball squad. Charlie Westbrook (Milwaukee, Wisc.) and Ricardo Andreotti Bodra (Sao Paulo, Brazil) will begin their South Dakota career during the 2010-11 academic year.
