Notes Started on the offensive line for all 13 games, helping lead Coyotes to the NCAA DII playoffs for the first time in 20 years…lead blocker for Harlon Hill Trophy finalist Stefan Logan…paved way for Logan to reach 1,000 yards rushing for fourth straight season…helped lead the Coyotes to the fourth-best rushing average in DII at 253 yards per game…part of offense that ranked fifth in total offense nationally…was selected to the NCC Academic All-NCC squad…also named to the NCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…selected on the second team of the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-Region Second Team…received USD’s Bulldog Award (named for Tim Mozik) for hard work and dedication to the program..

2002 Redshirted ...named Scout Team Offensive MVP vs. Minn.-Duluth (Sept. 14).
Prep Primarily an offensive lineman, also a kicker at Bishop Newman High School...had 26 solo tackles, 136 assisted tackles, 10 sacks, 14 tackles for loss, fumble recoveries, and a TD in his career...recorded 105 tackles, including six QB sacks, 11 TFLs, three fumble recoveries and a TD as a senior...named all-state, all-district, all-area, and academic all-state...coached by Tim Tarmann...also lettered in basketball and track.
