WILL CALL POLICIES

All tickets purchased seven (7) days or more prior to the date of the event will be mailed to the patron. All tickets purchased less than seven (7) days prior to the event will be held at the Will Call table. The Will Call table is located inside the Main South Entrance. Will Call will open one hour and thiry minutes (1 1/2 hours) prior to game time, when the doors open.

Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved with a valid picture ID.

All orders are subject to credit approval. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. The university of South Dakota Ticket Office is pleased to accept third-party will call for your convenience. However, we would like to make sure that you are familiar with our third-party will call policy. We ask that you present photo identification and fill out The University of South Dakota will call envelope provided by the Ticket Office at the will call table. Please indicate on the envelope the following: the recipient's first and last name, the number of tickets, the event & opponent, and your name as the owner of the tickets. The individual picking up the tickets MUST have photo identification to obtain the tickets. Be advised, The University of South Dakota Athletic Department is NOT responsible for third-party will call.
