Important Ticket Office Information

• Youth tickets apply to children 12 years of age and younger
• We do not accept credit cards the day of the game -- Cash or check only
• Credit cards will be accepted for single game pre-sales--Pre-sales end the day before the game @ 5:00 pm
• Single game Priority seating goes on sale the day of the game for general public-- Howling Pack members may purchase Priority seats in advance
• Handicap Seating is available upon request
• Students must use Student Entrance on South side of DakotaDome and sit in Student Section -- Students wanting to sit in Reserved Seating must purchase a ticket
• Students must have Student ID to sit in Student Section – If student does not have an ID they must purchase a ticket
• All sales are final--There are no refunds or exchanges

Will Call Information

• Football-General/Media Will Call inside South Entrance of DakotaDome
• USD/Visiting Player Guest and Recruit Will Call inside North Entrance of DakotaDome
• Basketball-All Will Call is located inside the South Entrance of DakotaDome
• All tickets purchased seven (7) days or more prior to the date of the event will be mailed to the patron, unless otherwise noted. All tickets purchased less than seven (7) days prior to the event will be held at the Will Call table.
• The Will Call will open one hour and thirty minutes (1 ½ hours) prior to game time, when the doors open.
• Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved with a valid picture ID.

The University of South Dakota Ticket Office is pleased to accept third-party will call for your convenience. However, we would like to make sure that you are familiar with our third-party will call policy. We ask that you present photo identification and fill out The University of South Dakota will call envelope provided by the Ticket Office at the will call table. Please indicate on the envelope the following: the recipient's first and last name, the number of tickets, the event & opponent, and your name as the owner of the tickets. The individual picking up the tickets MUST have photo identification to obtain the tickets. Be advised, The University of South Dakota Athletic Department is NOT responsible for third-party will call.
