Jeanette Hubert

Jeanette Hubert of Vermillion, S.D., is in her ninth year as the assistant athletic director for administration in The University of South Dakota Athletics Department in 2011-12. Hubert’s responsibilities include overseeing administrative and business functions of the athletics department.

Previously, Hubert served as assistant vice president for the Community First National Bank since 1997. She was responsible for originating real estate, consumer and commercial loans within bank policy. From 1986-97, she was an operations and compliance officer in which her duties included, overall operations of the bank, as well as supervising tellers and loan support staff. Originally of Vermillion, S.D., she is a graduate of the University Of North Dakota School of Banking in 1995.

Active in the community, Hubert has served as treasurer and board member for the Vermillion Rotary Club. She was also a board member and treasurer for the Vermillion Area Community Foundation. In addition, she was president of the Parent-Teacher Association in Vermillion and treasurer for the Clay County Leaders Association. Hubert has also been active with the USD Athletics Department, serving as co-chair for the Women’s Athletic Golf Marathon and treasurer of the Vermillion Quarterback Club. She and her husband, Joe, have three children: Tabitha, Kyle and Tony.
